The Wool Croft
The Wool Croft is a well-established, modern yarn and craft store in the heart of Abergavenny, Wales. The shop won the Award for Best Independent Wool Shop in Wales four times in the Let's Knit National Knitting Awards.
We love wool here, proud to be a Rowan Yarns Flagship Store with the entire Rowan range, along with many other quality hand knitting yarn brands, including soft Welsh wool. Our Make House workshop space hosts craft gatherings and workshops, taken online during COVID measures.
The shop also stocks an array of dressmaking and quilting fabrics, and sewing haberdashery, along with stitching and felting kits. Check out our gifts and kits web shop.
The proprietor Ginevra and her team of craft enthusiasts built up the shop since opening in 2011. You will always find inspiration, friendly help and advice when you visit the store.
