Spun and dyed in Huddersfield, close to the home of Rowan, Valley Tweed is a traditional pure wool tweed yarn, with its roots firmly planted in Yorkshire. The rich shades are named after the wildlife and landscape of its northern birthplace and it is spun using a special technique that gives it a super lofty feel. The different colours of Valley Tweed can be combined to spectacular, painterly effect or used alone, when they work particularly well in classic lace patterns.
