WildFibers (all one word, captial W and F)
WildFibers is a local yarn shop serving the beautiful Skagit Valley and beyond, in the Pacific Northwest of Washington State, nestled between the San Juan Islands and the Cascade Mountains and 60 miles north of Seattle. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned fiber enthusiast in knit or crochet, you will find bountiful inspiration, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and quality fibers and supplies.
WildFibers has been a Rowan stockist since we opened our doors in 2005 and reached Flagship status in 2019. At WildFibers, you will find the largest selection of Rowan yarns north of Seattle and south of Vancouver, BC, Canada. The shop is known for a wide variety of knit-up samples, both Rowan designs and others you will surely recognize. We help to bolster the local knitting community with classes and knitting groups for experienced and beginning stitchers alike. The knitting tradition at WildFibers goes back three generations. The owner, Sarah, was taught to knit by her British Grammie. Her mother, Judy, is a meticulous knitter who keeps the shop samples fresh and current. Be sure to stop for a visit if you pass through our beautiful valley during Tulip season, the annual Puget Sound Local Yarn Shop Tour, or simply on holiday! Can’t make it in person? Visit our online shop for a virtual taste of what our shop has to offer, we often feature kits of popular Rowan patterns.
