"This innovative approach to selling only one brand of yarn was the brainchild of owner Cathy Mitchell. Cathy has been knitting for over 10 years and has loved Rowan Yarns from the beginning. Rowan has the most inspirational designs, from simple sweaters to those that include intricate colorwork or cabling. With Finnegan’s, she thought, it could be the one stop shop for everything Rowan. After all, it is done with clothing and shoes, so why not yarn?

The staff at Rowan at Finnegan’s Run is always ready to help you pick the perfect project and have close to 100 years of knitting experience and 40 years of crochet experience between them. Finnegan, Cathy’s Black Labrador, loves to visit the shop. Unfortunately, his love of Rowan yarns tends to lead him into mischief, so his visits are somewhat limited."
